“I highly recommend Naomi DeLairre to others who are looking to sell their house. It can be a daunting experience but Naomi make all the difference. Of course she has years of experience (which is why, most importantly, she priced our house exactly right) and all the credentials that a great broker needs but she also brings so many extras to the experience that I only realized after the process was done. Naomi always made me feel she loved my house even when I found everything wrong with it. That kind of support is so important. Every time a similar house came on the market during our process she called me right away to discuss it's strengths & weaknesses. Constant feedback is so helpful in a busy spring market. She positioned our house in just the right way and created a huge amount of excitement around it. She squeezed in an open house on Mother's Day even though her family planned a special outing for her. After signing the contract, Naomi literally lept into action and had our house ready to go in 5 days including getting a great photographer there the next morning (because the light was perfect that day and she said it couldnt wait!). She got the big stuff right & made little stuff seem effortless (like watering porch plants before every open house so they'd look perfect). Always calm, gracious and strong, there wasn't a situation she didn't handle well. I could go on but you get the picture. "I first met Naomi DeLairre when I was looking for tenants to fill a Winchester rental property back in 2015. Her primary business has always been residential real estate sales but she was happy to help me and several times over the years she found me great tenants. Then came time to sell the property and she guided me to update aspects of the property, and even provided recommendations for contractors to do great work at a fair price. Naomi's speed, market knowledge and expertise led to a fast sell at above market price. Then I was ready to sell my primary residence in Winchester, a much larger project with updates, construction, and hitting the market just right. Naomi again provided expertise, guidance, and speed, along with the trust and integrity that she has delivered all along. Again, a fast process and the property sold in days for well above asking price.
It has certainly been a very hot seller's market and that all helps, but Naomi absolutely helped me make the most of it.
